How long will it take for my transfer to be received by the beneficiary?

Once you receive a notification that the transfer was sent from our system, you can check the expected timeframes based on the currency of your transfer.

• Transfers in BGN – such transfers usually take 1 business day to be processed. If the transfer has been sent before 16:00 on a business day, it’ll be processed on the same day. Instant bank transfers (blink) are available in case the recipient’s bank supports them.
• Transfers in EUR – regular SEPA transfers usually take up to 1-2 business days to arrive. If the recipient’s bank supports SEPA Instant Credit transfers and you choose this option, the funds will be processed and sent in 10 seconds. If the transfer is sent to a bank that doesn’t support SEPA transfers (e.g. the bank is from a non-EEA country), it will be processed in 3-5 business days.
